For the woman falling apart quietly while holding everything together.
When your life still looks intact on the outside, but something
underneath it no longer feels like you…and you can’t go back to who you were,
but you’re not fully anchored in what’s next either.
INNR - Digital Sanctuary
A grounded, ongoing space for women navigating the in-between where you are supported to stay steady, make sense of what is shifting, and move forward in a way that holds.
For the woman who recognises herself in this phase and doesn't want to navigate it alone. Who is no longer looking for quick answers or surface-level change but wants something steady to return to as things continue to unfold.
INNR is currently being built and will be opening soon. If you would like to be the first to hear when it opens, join the waitlist below.
When your life still looks intact on the outside, but something underneath it no longer feels like you… and you can’t go back to who you were, but you’re not fully anchored in what’s next either.
This isn’t something to fix or rush through.
It’s the quiet reorganisation of your identity, while your life is still catching up around you. And without the right support, this is where women start to question themselves or try to force clarity before it’s ready.
This is where I work.
Not at the beginning, and not at the end, but in the middle, inside the part where things feel unclear, stretched, and slightly out of place, but something deeper is already shifting.
Through Shawn Keri Collective, I guide women across motherhood, relationships, and career, helping them stabilise where they are, integrate what’s changing, and move forward in a way that actually holds in real life.
About Shawn

I'm a mum to a little boy, and becoming a mother was the first shift that changed how I saw myself and the life I was living even before anything on the outside had fully caught up.
Around that same time, my relationship ended. What followed wasn't a clean break or a clear new beginning. It was a period where everything I had known felt like it was being reworked at once.I returned to work after maternity leave, but it became increasingly clear that the career I had spent nearly two decades building in mining no longer felt aligned with who I was becoming. Walking away from it wasn't impulsive it came from sitting in that in between space for longer than I expected to.
Living in Perth, I could see that while there were spaces and communities over east, there wasn't anything here that actually supported women through that middle stage in real life.So instead of continuing to look for something that wasn't here, I started building what I needed. Something grounded, steady, and able to be integrated into everyday life.
Now, through Shawn Keri Collective, Brunch & Bloom, and INNR, I support women navigating that same in-between across motherhood, relationships, and career helping them move through it in a way that feels clear, anchored, and true to who they are now.
I'm not separate from this work or speaking from the other side of it. I'm building, navigating, and expanding inside it too. That's exactly what shapes how it's held.
